Jade Glover, LMFT

Hi, I’m Jade.

I’m the founder of Bee Courageous Counseling and a therapist who believes you don’t need to be “fixed.” You need space to feel understood, supported, challenged, and empowered to become more grounded in who you already are.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, bipolar disorder, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or simply tired of carrying everything on their own.

My style is direct but nurturing, structured but compassionate. I’ll validate you, but I’ll also challenge you when growth requires it. I use a trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed approach focused on emotional regulation, self-awareness, boundaries, self-worth, and practical tools you can take beyond the therapy room.

I created Bee Courageous Counseling to be a space that feels safe, honest, culturally aware, empowering, and human. You’re in the driver’s seat. I’m here to walk beside you, help you understand your patterns, and support you in creating meaningful change.

Outside of therapy, I’m a wife, mom, and entrepreneur who cares deeply about family, community, growth, and creating a life that feels full in the right ways.

Healing takes courage. And if you’re here, you already have it. 🐝

Our Approach

At Bee Courageous Counseling, therapy is not about labeling you or “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, regulated, and confident in how you respond to life.

We take a holistic, trauma-informed approach — recognizing that your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, relationships, and lived experiences are all connected. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, not a one-size-fits-all model.

By integrating evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and nervous-system regulation tools, we help you:

• Build emotional resilience
• Challenge unhelpful thought patterns
• Understand triggers and behavioral cycles
• Develop healthier coping strategie
• Strengthen boundaries and self-trust

Our work is both compassionate and structured. You will feel validated — and you will be challenged to grow. We believe real change happens when insight is paired with practical tools you can use outside of session.

Therapy with us is collaborative and intentional. The goal is not temporary relief, but sustainable growth, deeper self-awareness, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and courage.

Healing is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone. 🐝
